When I was a kid, all I wanted was to be a mermaid.
I was born in the mountains and raised by the sea. I love to read and I may or may not be a cinephile — my photography is heavily inspired by the movies I watch. I am also the most aloof Hufflepuff.
I love to bake, I love potatoes - even plainly boiled. Pop tarts and Ginger Beer. Foggy mornings and warm lattes. The smell of cinnamon, thyme and baby powder. I am crazy for Christmas, getting the family together and to see a table full of food and smiles, with fairy lights and all the seasonal decor.
I am the oldest of three sisters and I am lucky enough to not know what it means to be raised in a quiet house.
My love affair with photography starts between 1999/2000.
I was living in Luanda, Angola, when an Arts teacher ( Vitor) took my will to be alone in a quiet place and showed me the dark room, where we developed all the school photos and where I learnt all I know about analog photography.
In 2006 I bought my own first camera and I got my first job and it’s been a wild ride since then.
Despite photography being my love-work ever since, I have two bachelors degrees: one in Architectural Studies and another in Design.

Meet the one who has to deal with me not only getting up at 8:00 am on a Saturday, but also getting at home at 5:00 am on a Sunday — João.
Every morning, he whips up the most Instagram-worthy cappuccino you've ever seen - sometimes he even makes me an extra one to go. Despite his mad photography skills that he only uses when we travel or when I need a few behind the scenes photos, he prefers to stay home and rock the Playstation.
He is the ultimate IT guy turned coffee wizard turned partner-in-crime. And even if he's not standing beside me with a camera in hand, his unwavering support and love make every day feel like a fairytale.

To make sure you're not just enduring photoshoots, but actually having a blast on your day!

Since I've been in this field for almost two decades, I've witnessed how styles are always evolving - as mine did! I want to ensure you have photos you'll still adore in 30+ years. My editing style is warm with a touch of dreaminess thrown in.

I hope you've noticed that I'm all about that FUN energy! Building a connection and making sure you feel totally at ease with me is key to my approach. That's why I'm all about those consultations and getting to know each other before your big day.

You can count on me, I will always reply (sometimes it might take a little while but I’ll never ghost you!), reliability and always hitting our agreed-upon deadlines. We're all about keeping the bar high for wedding vendors – this is our passion, not just a side hustle! This is also why I won’t take +40 weddings a year, so I can commit fully to the couples that choose me.
